Commercial Sites, Subdivisions, etc.: These projects are priced per acre, depending on size and complexity. This includes pads, parking lots, contours and E&S data. Also included are points and 3D pipe runs for stakeout of utilities, if desired.
Roads: These projects are $750.00 per mile of road. Slope data for machine control and layout can be included for an additional $250.00 per mile of road when contouring or digital finished cross section data is provided.
Utility Trenches: For stake out and/or machine control systems. This data is included in the jobs types above.
NOTE: All of these prices are approximate, depending on the condition of the original CAD file provided. Also, a full set of paper or PDF plans and signed quote approval are required for every project.
